The Council will use the information you provide for the purpose of managing and improving the delivery of the service. The legal basis for processing this would be under the Highways Act 1980, New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 as well as the Traffic Management Act 2014.

No skip may be placed on the highway until permission is obtained.
You should allow five working days for your application to be processed.
If you intend to put a skip in a parking bay you will need to apply for a parking suspension. Completion of the application form and the appropriate payment are required prior to applying for a skip licence.
If you want a specific parking bay reserved for your skip you can have the bay suspended.
